I have collected the questions that most people contact me with, so this can also be a help to you as well. If you have any questions that cannot be answered below, feel free to contact me using one of my contact details.
Someone who helps the client to put goals in the framework. Someone who listens and creates a confidential encironment where you can open up to me. A good coach helps to observe the client's situation from a different perspective and to find the best solution for you. It helps you see things that you might not see on your own.
For everyone who is willing to "sacrifice" time and energy for self-knowledge and achieve lasting changes in their lives. Those who are willing to do it for the sake of hange and well-being, since steps need to be taken during coaching.
The first conversation is free (30 minutes) and takes place via Google Meets, for which you must register by filling out the form. The other sessions are 50 minutes long and take place on Google Meets, for which I will send the access link by e-mail the day before out meeting (online only). There will be only the 2 of us at these meeting and I am bound by confidentiality, so neither my notes nor what is said will be passed on the 3rd parties.
An online coaching session works exactly like a face-to-face one. You will need a laptop with a camera, headphones and a notebook. It is important that you spend this 50 minutes in a quiet place so that we can work together undisturbed.
The number of occacions depends on the topic and the nature and amount of blockage. A process usually takes at least 5 sessions, of course it can be longer if you feel it is necesssary. The first time we used to discuss how many times we should meet.
In the case of online meetings, I will issue an invoice after the meeting and it must be settled within 8 days by bank transfer.
If you purchased packages (more than one session), you can use or transfer to someont the unused oportunities within 1 year. The process is for you, so you can stop whenever you want. But I encourage you to go through the process and the discussed task, as they will be incorporated and you can achieve lasting changes with them,
When we are nearing the end of the process, we will talk about how you feel and what changes you are experiencing in your life. If you feel that you need a few more sessions, the process will be that much longer. We will conclude the process when you also feel that you are where you want to be..
